Take via Vittorio Emanuele, turn right into via Leonardi and then left into via Pulvirenti to arrive in Piazza Scammacca. Palazzo Scammacca will be on the left.

N.B.: Palazzo Scammacca is located inside the ZTL so it is necessary to send us the license plate of the car in order to request the temporary pass.

RECEPTION

The reception is located at the end of the courtyard on the right and to open the glass door, use the same code you used to open the door.

On the reception table you will find the keys to your accommodation.

 
 
 
 
 
 
REACH THE ROOMS AND APARTMENTS
 
  • ROOMS A, B and C are located on the first floor (lift and stairs on the left) following the corridor.
  • APARTMENTS 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are located on the second floor (lift and stairs on the left) following the corridor.
  • CASA GIUSI E CASA ROSI  they are located on the third floor (lift and stairs on the left) following the corridor.

The reception is at the end of Reception Palazzo Scammaccathe courtyard on the right.
To access it, use the same opening code as the door.
The keys to the booked accommodation are arranged on the reception table.

REACHING THE ROOMS AND APARTMENTS

BEDROOMS A, B and C are located on the first floor (lift and stairs on the right) following the corridor.

APARTMENTS 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are on the second floor (lift and stairs on the left) following the corridor.

CASA GIUSI AND CASA ROSI are located on the third floor (lift and stairs on the right) following the corridor.

Before arriving by car at Piazza Scammacca, 1 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/oVrZ4LGrBmnEmRiF7), please send a message with a photo of your license plate number so we can request permission for the Limited Traffic Zone at Piazza Scammacca. We will promptly respond to your message with the details of the ZTL permit for Piazza Scammacca. Please verify this information carefully. The building does not have internal parking.

  • Luggage storage – The left luggage office is on the ground floor on the right as you go down the stairs (the door to the right of the lift).
  • City tax – In Catania, for non-residents over the age of 16, there is a tourist tax of 2 euros / day.

As an alternative to your check-out you can leave cash in the room.

  • Waste Sorting
    Help us to be sustainable, separate waste by type.
    In Catania they differ: clean paper (NO PIZZA CARTONS), plastic and metal (including cans), glass, organic and undifferentiated.
    In the inner courtyard there are 5 bins in order to facilitate the sorting of waste.

THE SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION IS IMPOSED BY THE MUNICIPALITY: IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS, ANY FINES OF THE MUNICIPALITY WILL BE CHARGED TO YOU.

  • From an eco-friendly perspective, to limit the consumption of plastic bottles, a water purifier is at your complete disposal. It is located on the first floor at the end of the corridor at the coffee shop.
